This film was amazing, and serves such a great purpose for women and society to raise awareness to the gender issues and inequality that women face still today. My favorite monologu...I saw the movie this weekend. My favorite monologue was given by Anika Noni Rose, the Lady in Yellow. Your post has brought up some interesting viewpoints that I didn't feel when I was watching the movie.
